ARTL -- Setting up an ARTL User
You will find it useful to add this page to your list of favourites. This is a 7 Step procedure. There is also a Test to allow you to test your computer/network access for compatibility.
Each step should be followed after clicking on the link and you should refer to the appropriate ARTL User Guide for additional assistance. Please note that steps 2 and 4 do not involve the use of a browser and there is no link. See the Help section of the ARTL User Guide. Steps 3 and 7 can also be used independently to Remove ARTL Users or Deactivate User Smartcards.
After completion of each step you should close the browser window, reopen it, navigate back to this page and carry out the next step. This may seem a little unusual but strict adherence will minimise problems.
