Children's Hearings (Scotland) Bill
The Children's Hearings (Scotland) Bill was introduced to Scottish Parliament on 24 February 2010. The Bill was considered at Stage 1 by the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee on 17 March 2010. The Stage 1 Report on the Bill is now available.
Children's Legal Aid Handbook
The Scottish Legal Assistance Handbook for children's hearings and associated court proceedings was updated by the Scottish Legal Aid Board in April 2010. The latest version of the Handbook is on the Board's website.
