The Society is responsible for the regulation of Conveyancing & Executry Practitioners under the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc (Scotland) Act 2003.
The official Register of Conveyancing & Executry Practitioners in Scotland is maintained by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland.
