Guidelines on Deed of Conditions for Housing Estates 1999
The Society has received further representations from the Associations of Proprietors on Housing Estates, Solicitors are reminded that they should draw to the attention of prospective purchasers the existence of a Deed of Conditions and to highlight any difficulties which may arise in such Deed and to comply with the conditions therein, including notification to the secretary of the Proprietors Association of change of ownership.
