Insolvency Practitioners
The Law Society of Scotland is a Recognised Professional Body under the Insolvency Act 1986.
The Society’s status as an Insolvency Recognised Professional Body permits it to issue licences to those solicitors who wish to become insolvency practitioners in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986.
