The Board
The principal role of the Board, which replaces the President’s Committee, is to support the Council. To do this, the Board has responsibility for day-to-day decisions, which are then presented to the Council. This allows the Council to focus on strategy and priority policy issues. The Council remains the ultimate decision-ratification body.
The Board comprises the four office bearers (president, vice president, treasurer and immediate past president), the chief executive, three group conveners and four Council members (elected by Council). Download a .pdf of the Board members on the right.
