The LLB is a great time to consider what your future career plans will be. No matter what your ambitions are, whether you want to pursue a career as a solicitor or not, it is important you use your time at university to help you stand out in your CV and application forms in the future.

Getting involved with the Law Society

As a law student, we'd definitely recommend you to sign up as a student associate of the Law Society. There's loads of careers advice we offer to students, which will really benefit you in your search for any work experience placements, or a traineeship further down the line.

Once you've signed up, there are lots of programmes run by the Law Society that we'd definitely recommend you to get involved in to boost your confidence, variety of experience and skills. We would also recomend opting in to receive news and details of upcoming events from the Law Society.
