Trainees have always been required to complete quarterly reviews with their supervising solicitors. However, the review process for trainees starting on or after 1 September 2011 is referred to by the Society as a PEAT 2 quarterly performance review (PQPR).
Prior to conducting a PQPR, both trainees and supervising solicitors should read the document Guidance Notes for undertaking a PEAT 2 Quarterly Performance Reviews.
