Call for evidence: Review of Gaming Machines and Social Responsibility Measures
The Department for Culture, Media & Sport have issued a call for evidence regarding maximum stakes and prizes of gaming machines across all premises licensed under the Gambling Act 2005; the number and location of gaming machines across all licensed premises; and social responsibility measures to protect players and communities from gambling related harm.

Gambling Commission Consultation: Controlling where gaming machines may be played
The Gambling Commission is holding a public consultation on proposed amendments to license conditions, codes of practice and guidance to licensing authorities relating to non-remote betting, bingo and casino operators and how they make gaming machines available for use.
