OSCR Guidance - Meeting the Charity Test
In January 2008, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator
(OSCR) published draft guidance on the charity test under section 7
of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and
invited views from interested parties.
