Arbitration (Scotland) Bill

This Bill aims to reform and consolidate the law of arbitration. It will put the vast majority of the general Scots law of arbitration into a single statute. The Society set up an Arbitration Bill Working Party to consider and respond to the proposals.

This Bill was introduced into the Scottish Parliament on 25 October 2007. The Health and Sport Committee issued a call for written evidence.
