The purpose of this consultation is to gather the views of
businesses, consumers, enforcement authorities and other interested
parties on a set of draft regulations that it is proposed will
transpose the Timeshare, Long-term Holiday Product, Resale and
Exchange Contracts Directive (2008/122/EC) into UK law.
