Options for tribunal reform in Scotland - a discussion
paper
This consultation paper, which was published by the Scottish
Committee of the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council, sets
out options for the reform of the tribunals system in Scotland and
seeks views and observations on the issues requiring to be
addressed in establishing a Scottish Tribunals Service. The
Law Reform committee established a working party to look
specifically at this issue, with input from the Employment Law
sub-committee.
