Consultation on Planning Obligations and Good Neighbour
Agreements Regulations 2010
The purpose of this Scottish Government consultation is to seek
comments and feedback on two sets of proposed regulations that will
further implement the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006 (the 2006
Act). Specifically, the regulations relate to sections 23 and 24 of
the 2006 Act which respectively amend and extend section 75 of the
Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and introduce Good
Neighbour Agreements.
