Exiting the EU: Known Unknowns

1 hour verifiable CPD

Several months following Britain’s historic vote to leave the EU, many organisations are still asking ‘what does it all mean?’  It remains unclear which EU laws laws will be retained and which will be dispensed with following the UK’s exit.

What is crystal clear is that the more organisations and their advisers understand of the issues, the better equipped they will be to ride out any turbulence and steer the safest course.

So while the ramifications of Brexit continue to unfold, this session will look at some of our EU legal legacy and consider what the future has in store.

Speakers - Lord Tyre, Supreme Court Judge; Robert Hynd, General Counsel at Damovo Group; and Craig Connal QC, Partner at Pinsent Masons
