Law Matters
This is the Society's parliamentary newsletter for MSPs and
parliamentary staff. This is a new initiative for the Society and
the first edition was published on 22 September 2011.
It is intended to produce this newsletter on a quarterly basis
just after each parliamentary recess (with the exception of the
Christmas recess).
The newsletter will keep MSPs abreast of the Society's work on a
Scottish, UK and European parliament level, key issues in the
solicitor profession and key justice issues.
The latest edition focusses on the regulatory work of the
Society
