If you are interested in becoming a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association, see the 'SPA membership' link on the right hand side of this page. Whilst the Registered Paralegal scheme will include membership of the SPA as a benefit, the SPA will continue to operate independently, as the only representative body representing paralegals in Scotland.
