Please allow 10 - 15 minutes to complete the registration process.  Please be aware that, in the interest of security, abandoning your registration for more than 10 minutes will terminate the process and result in a loss of data.

To start the application process please select which organisation you wish to apply to join:

The Law Society of Scotland Registered Paralegal scheme (which includes membership of the SPA)

Details will be stored in accordance with Society's Data Protection policy. Please see our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We may need to check regulatory information with your supervising solicitor, and by submitting your details you authorise us to do so. In submitting information you are confirming it as accurate and honest, recognising that providing false information could be an offence and lead to removal from the register.
