INTRA UK TRANSFER TEST

The Law Society of Scotland's Intra UK Transfer Test is held in MAY and NOVEMBER each year.

The Intra UK Transfer Test is an "open book" test and candidates are permitted to take into the examination hall any books or materials, including candidate's own notes.

Past exam question papers for Intra UK are available free of charge for download.  There are three papers and these consist of:

Paper 1 - Conveyancing with Trusts and Succession
Paper 2 - Scots Criminal Law, with Civil and Criminal Evidence and Procedure
Paper 3 - European Communiity Law and Institutions

The exam question papers are provided as an indication as to the likely questions which may be asked and to assist the candidate when studying.  Answers are not provided.
