Attend this conference across two mornings where our expert speakers will guide you through the different stages of a Commercial Contract. On the first morning, we will dive deep into the nuances of negotiating and drafting in different circumstances. Be it preparing for negotiation talks in the course of your daily practice, changing tact when in difficult situations and disputes, or improving your understanding of the commercial issues that affect your contracts.
On the second morning, we will look at commercial contracts in practice, hearing about a range of topics from Arbitrations, Data Protection, Contract and Client Management, and more. On both days you will have plenty of opportunities to engage with the speakers and ask questions most relevant to your work.
To improve your engagement experience we also have an Optional E-café session to provide you with the opportunity to meet your fellow delegates and our speakers to either reflect on some of the issues raised during the conference or just to say ‘hello’.
