Alan is a Legal Director in Morton Fraser's highly rated employment law team.
Alan has advised clients exclusively on employment law issues since July 2002, having trained with a niche employment law firm. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law and has appeared in employment tribunals across Scotland as well as the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He has also dealt with a number of high-value mediations.
He tutors and lectures postgraduate law students in employment law on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Edinburgh University and is regularly asked to speak and write on employment law issues.
