There are currently four online modules which all PMC attendees must complete successfully. We understand that some of the ground covered in these will be familiar to you, and have worked to make these as concise as possible – however, please note that the rules requirements are such that as the profession’s regulator we have to include these modules as part of the course  - and that all new partners are required to complete them. If you have already completed one or more of these modules previously, please contact us via cpd@lawscot.org.uk and let us know. We will check our records and respond quickly with a determination.

The following modules must be completed by all attendees

Graham Mackenzie, Head of Anti-money Laundering, Law Society of Scotland

Gail Cook, Client Executive, Lockton Companies;
Matthew Thomson, Client Executive, Lockton Companies

Maureen Falconer, Information Commission’s Office

Kerry Trewern, Director, Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, University of Glasgow;
Maeve Lavelle, Director, education & Community Programmes, Neota Logic Inc

Please note: Once you have registered for the course, you will receive a link to complete each module from our online learning management system called Bolt. All modules must be completed by the end of the CPD year, 31 October 2020.
