If your Smartcard is lost or stolen, you can cancel your QES by using the cancellation code. That code is in the email you received from ACA Red Abogacia on the day you obtained your card & signature.
Follow this link and enter your cancellation code.
This will immediately revoke your digital signature. After you've cancelled your QES, please email us to find out how to replace your card.
If you cannot find your cancellation code, please email us and we will cancel your QES manually.
