Conversations on Progression

Date: 17th May 2022

Time: 12:00 - 13:00

Location:
Zoom

Role models, sharing knowledge and support are three of the most important elements in the campaign for gender equality in the legal profession. As part of our gender quality action plan, this year we’re hosting a series of events that combine these elements to help further the cause of gender equality. These events will give women planning the next steps in their careers the opportunity to hear from, speak to and learn from amazing women who have already taken those steps. Building on earlier events, and linking to the theme of 2022's International Women's Day (#breakthebias) this informative session will focus on how to lead an in-house team, as well as the challenges and benefits that come with such senior roles. Crowded street with out of focus people

We are grateful to our confirmed speakers who are ideally placed to offer their wisdom, inspiration and support:

Shareen Gault (General Counsel, Head of Risk and Compliance, Johnston Carmichael)
Susan Ferguson-Snedden (Head of Legal, Historic Scotland)
Judith Morrison (Head of Business Assurance, The Scottish Parliament)
