This year we are running our first-ever virtual 'law fair' style Diploma fair, combined with a number of sessions focused on alternative options to explore.
This year, with the backdrop of the pandemic, it's more important than ever to weigh up all the career options open to you and make an informed decision about your future.
This event will be split into two parts (see the full programme details below):
Morning sessions: focused on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, to help you decide whether it's the right course for you and choose a provider.
Afternoon sessions: explore the different next-steps you could take with your career as an law graduate or solicitor, including alternative careers, further study options and working internationally.
This event is primarily targeted at final-year LLB students and graduates, however you can attend regardless of the stage you're at in your legal career or study if a session is of interest to you.
Please note that for LLB students who are not in your final year, we run an event like this every year, so you might prefer to wait until a future year when all the information will be directly relevant to you, particularly relating to Diploma access.
This event is free to attend.
The survey monkey sign up is now closed, however if you still want to register, you can email oliviamoore@lawscot.org.uk to get the joining instructions directly.
We'll be back in touch ahead of the event to give you more information about how the fair will work and how to join via the Zoom link. Please note that to access the functionality needed for this law fair, you will need to update your Zoom to the very latest version.
