Watch our autumn 2021 Family Law Conference for a deep-dive into some of the key issues around financial provisions upon separation and divorce.
This half-day conference will provide you with the opportunity to gain in-depth practical guidance on core areas of family law and practice including cohabitants’ claims, unequal sharing of matrimonial property, instructing expert witnesses for the valuation of business interests, and more.
Each session is designed to give you space to discuss with speakers and colleagues the aspects that most affect your day-to-day work. You will also have the opportunity to join other attendees for a virtual coffee break during the morning.
