Each year, we hold our Legal Study and Careers Days, at which pupils can meet and ask questions to those studying law and working in the profession. Pupils will also hear about the route to qualifying as a solicitor in Scotland and careers within the legal sector. We welcome pupils applying for law at university as well as pupils considering a career in the legal profession more generally.
What you can expect at the Legal Study and Careers Event:
- Information on the route to qualification as a Scottish solicitor.
- Information on universities which offer the LLB and Diploma.
- Careers talks.
- Insights from solicitors, LLB students and paralegals currently in the legal profession.
- An interactive Street Law session.
- Alternative career opportunities in law.
Our 2022 event will be held remotely on Friday 25 March 14:00-16:30 on Zoom.
Pupil registrations must be submitted by a teacher school email address through the Book Now button above. You will be redirected to the Zoom registration form and will be sent Zoom meeting details on how to join the event. The link should then be passed onto school pupils wishing to attend.
