What employers should be doing to better support staff with their wellbeing is a hotly-discussed topic, accelerated as a conversation by the Covid-19 pandemic.

We are inviting our members based in England & Wales to attend an informal lunchtime roundtable event, where we welcome you to share your experiences with how wellbeing is supported at work. You might have personal experiences to share, good practice, highlight issues or want to hear from others.

We will be also speaking about Lawscot Wellbeing, our dedicated portal to signpost wellbeing support for individuals and employers. In June 2020 we published the findings of our first-ever survey into mental health stigma and discrimination in the legal profession.

We're particularly keen to get people talking about mental health and wellbeing at events like this as 46% of our survey respondents felt that more open and honest conversations about mental health would create a more positive attitude towards it.

Read more about our survey summary findings, the full report and action plan here.

This roundtable will be hosted by members of our team Paul Mosson, Executive Director of Member Services & Engagement, and Olivia Moore, Careers & Wellbeing Manager.
