This online workshop addresses how to develop team members and to coach and train them to a standard that will assist them in promotion. The session will offer practical tips on how to get the coach using the GROW model and how to offer feedback to enhance performance.
- To appreciate the importance of offering support and encouragement to less experienced members of the team through a variety of feedback mechanisms
- To understand the various methods of coaching and developing team members based on the GROW model
- To recognise the importance of offering development opportunities to make team members more visible
- To explore delegation methods and assist in improving performance.
