Leadership Programme: Negotiation Skills

This online workshop explores a variety of techniques on negotiating and how to get the best outcome for all parties.   The session will offer practical tips on how to understand the importance of achieving mutually acceptable results, recognising what is and what’s not negotiable and how to deal with difficult situations.

       
  • To explore the characteristics of strong negotiators

  • To emphasise the  importance of understanding the driving forces behind negotiations

  • To improve deal making and understand what is negotiable and what’s not
  •            
  • To recognise the concept of win-win scenarios and creating long-lasting client relations, even in tricky situations 

The session will be highly participative and will address the differing needs and wants of the group.
