Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Certification Course: All

Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) course for All Lawyers is designed to equip individuals at all levels within an organisation with the knowledge and tools needed to contribute to the creation of inclusive and diverse work environments.  Change and progress within an organisation needn’t always come from the top down, it is crucial that we all play an active role in improving EDI in the workplace and beyond. Through a two-day training course, led by Naeema Yaqoob Sajid (Diversity +) with contributions from industry experts and those with lived experience, we will explore the fundamentals of EDI, moving beyond the definitions to understand the benefits of working in a diverse environment. We encourage our delegates to look inwards through understanding their own biases and privileges, and the effect this has on our own perspectives and actions, before taking a wider lens approach through understanding how we can each play our part in being a valued agent for change within your firm. 

This course is suitable to all in the Scottish Legal Sector.
