Sarah Feeney

Sarah is an Associate with Gilson Gray. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a mediator and is also a trained collaborative practitioner and is a member of Consensus. Sarah is a dedicated family lawyer and has specialised in family law since 2009.

Sarah is experienced in dealing with all aspects of family law including financial provision on separation and divorce, cohabitation, and child law matters including contact, residence and relocation. She has a particular interest in the law surrounding modern families including surrogacy and assisted conception.

Sarah has a calm and focused approach to resolving disputes without the need to resort to litigation but is a tenacious litigator when needed. Sarah has considerable experience in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. Clients value her pragmatic and level-headed manner
