As a Real Estate lawyer I have the pleasure of acting for a wide range of clients – investors, business owners/occupiers, funders, developers and landowners; and many different types of properties – offices, shops, industrial units, hotels, care homes, bonded warehouses, historic properties and mountain bike trails!

I like the tangible nature of real estate assets and where I can, I will always visit the client and their property to better understand their business and how to tailor my advice. Which is most enjoyable when it’s a hotel or mountain bike trail!

Whether I am acting in an acquisition or sale, lease, development or funding project or dealing with lease management documents, I aim to provide clear, concise advice focussed on getting the deal done.
