The court holiday dates and custody arrangements for next year in the Sheriffdom of North Strathclyde have been confirmed.
Temporary Sheriff Principal Brian Mohan, by virtue of the provisions of Section 28(1) of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and Sections 8(2) and 8(3)of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, has prescribed the 2027 court dates.
