SPONSORED: Join the National Free Wills Network — Make Every Will Matter
The National Free Wills Network is a unique initiative that connects solicitors with individuals who wish to leave a gift to charity through their Will. Participating firms benefit from meaningful client engagement, community impact, and a boost in fee-earning work – all while supporting causes that matter.
As a Network solicitor, you'll write simple, standard Wills for supporters referred by some of the UK’s leading charities. You’ll earn a set fee for each Will, and many clients return for paid services, helping to grow your Will bank and expand your client base.
Why Join the Network?
Grow your practice: Reach new clients with an interest in legacy giving and future planning.
Earn fees for your work: For each referred client, we pay you—via the charity—an agreed reduced fee of £100 + VAT for a single Will and £150 + VAT for mirror Wills. You remain free to charge your standard rates for any additional or more complex services.
Support good causes: Be part of something bigger by helping to facilitate charitable giving.
Build lasting client relationships: Many Network clients return for additional paid services, including LPAs, trusts and estate planning.
No upfront costs: It's completely free for solicitors to join and take part.
Develop junior talent: The Network offers a fantastic opportunity for junior solicitors to gain hands-on experience, build confidence, and develop their client communication skills in a supportive, structured way.
Since its launch, the Network has helped over 300,000 people write their Wills – and now you can be part of that impact.
A Good Fit for Scottish Firms
The Network actively seeks to expand its reach in Scotland, offering solicitors the chance to support charities while delivering compliant, quality Wills under Scots law.
