The National Will Register

The National Will Register is the UK’s Will Registration and Certainty Will Search service, with over 10 million Wills in the system. The National Will Register exists to ensure no Will is left unknown or untraced at the time it is needed.

Our Will Search Services not only searches nationally for registered Wills but also in geographically targeted areas for Wills that may not have been registered to help protect law firms themselves and help them secure future probate work.

1 in every 5 found Wills using our Certainty Will Search results in a Will being located where the estate was presumed intestate, or a later Will being discovered that would supersede the previous Will.
