Namirial

Qualified E-Signature for any document. From home, work, anywhere.

Namirial SaaS service for Digital Transaction Management (DTM) allows you to capture QES from signers remotely anywhere and anytime. It consists of the following elements:

  • eSignAnyWhere (eSAW) for orchestrating the e-signature workflows of digital contracts, even with multiple transaction participants that need to sign remotely using any HTML5 enabled device, and qualified e-signing certificates provided by Namirial Spa or 3rd party Certification Authorities.
  • Remote QES certificates (= QEC) managed by Namirial Spa on behalf of their holders and optionally also by the holder themselves through the Namirial TSP portal.
  • Simple online identification of QEC holders through video identification
  • Long-term archiving of documents e.g. to preserve their digital signatures for decades (optional).
Costs:
  • £315 per user including remote certificate per annum
  • Price for optional long term archive on request
