Many organisations are recognising the importance of supporting neurodiverse employees, and the great news is that small changes can make a big difference in creating an inclusive environment.

In this webinar, we’ll explore practical ways to support neurodiverse colleagues and promote a more understanding, accommodating workplace culture.

Focus for the day:
•    An introduction to ADHD and Autism: Understand the key traits and how they may present at work
•    Recognising the overlap: Learn how some employees may experience both conditions and what that means in a work setting
•    Practical strategies for fostering an inclusive workplace: Discover simple but effective ways to support your neurodiverse colleagues
•    Building a culture of understanding: Gain insights into how you can encourage empathy and inclusivity across your team

Attendees will leave this session with actionable strategies to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all colleagues.
