How can law firms and in-house teams support neurodiversity in the legal profession? What changes to workplace culture are needed to build a neuroinclusive environment? How can we design our working practices to enable neurodivergent talent to flourish?

In collaboration with the Legal Neurodiversity Network, we’re delighted to explore these themes with a panel of senior legal professionals.

The session will cover:

• Introduction to the Legal Neurodiversity Network (LNN)
• Best practice for law firms and legal teams, including highlights from LNN’s guidance 'Recommendations for optimising retention and career progression for neurodivergent individuals in the legal profession'
• Lived experiences of senior legal professionals who are neurodivergent
• Discussion of the drivers in fostering a neuroinclusive work environment
• Employment law perspective: minimum compliance requirements versus shifting the dial on neuroinclusion in the workplace
