Wellbeing for Partners – led by Catherine Hart

Join us for a conversation on wellbeing led by Catherine Hart, a Partner at Digby Brown and a member of the Lawscot Wellbeing Steering Group, and Law Society Careers and Wellbeing Manager Lou Murphy. This session is specifically for Partners to help them consider their role in supporting the wellbeing of their employees. Discuss what you might need to be considering in your role as a people manager and resources that may help you create a wellbeing culture.

Facilitated by

Catherine has over 25 years’ experience in civil litigation, mainly in the field of personal injury. Catherine has spent over a decade in the role of Professional Support Lawyer (PSL). She joined Digby Brown in 2014 and became a partner in 2017.

Catherine is a regular speaker at external events on a range of topics. She has a longstanding interest in mental wellbeing and is a member of the Law Society’s LawScot Wellbeing Steering group. She is also the Lawcare Champion in Scotland, promoting the excellent work of the charity and encouraging conversations about mental wellbeing in the legal community.
