This is a practical, evidence-informed session to help professionals living high-pressure lifestyles to maintain energy, focus, and resilience when routines collapse, e.g., during travel, long working days, disrupted sleep, or emotionally demanding periods.

After an initial grounding in the science as to why and how stress and routine disruption can sabotage energy, focus, and judgement, Gill and Cate of GiCa Nutrition will provide actionable strategies to safeguard nutritional wellbeing and overall health, even when life feels chaotic.

In our upcoming webinar, we will explore:
• Quick, portable meal prep ideas for long court days, late or all-night sessions or weeks on the road (no kitchen required).
• Tools for avoiding burnout and reset of circadian rhythm, including hydration tips, snack strategies/hacks, and mindset shifts for sustaining performance, energy and focus.
• Simple ways to integrate exercise and self-care into disrupted routines, such as during hotel stays, international travelling and family separations.
•Take-home toolkit.

This webinar isn’t about doing more; it’s about pre-emption and protecting energy, focus, and health when life is already demanding.
