Views wanted on the Scottish Letting Agent Register

The Scottish Government wants to hear from users of the Scottish Letting Agent Register to learn about your experiences of the renewal process and any ideas for potential operational improvements.

Those taking part will be asked about your understanding of the current user journey, how you find using the site, issues and areas for improvement.

The Government is looking to recruit letting agents for user research in December/early January, with a view to kicking off the research in January 2023. The user research will take roughly 1 hour.
