26 May date set for Society's AGM

The date has been set for the Law Society of Scotland's 2016 annual general meeting.

This year's event will be held at 5.30pm on Thursday 26 May, at the Society's new offices, Atria One, 144 Morrison Street, Edinburgh EH3 8EX.

The formal agenda for the meeting will be set by the Society's Council at its meeting on 29 April. One item of business will be the practising certificate subscription for the 2016-17 practice year.

Under the Society's constitution, any requisition for this meeting must be sent to the secretary (lornajack@lawscot.org.uk) by Thursday 14 April 2016, supported by 10 members.
