Anderson Strathern signs up private client partner

5th June 2017 | careers

Solicitors Anderson Strathern have added to their private client team with the appointment of David Campbell as a partner.

Mr Campbell, who joins from Balfour & Manson, has over 25 years of experience advising across matters including wills, trusts, tax planning, succession planning and powers of attorney. He will be based in Anderson Strathern's Edinburgh office but will also assist its Haddington office which is focused on private client and residential property.

Head of private client Colin Henderson commented: "It is genuinely fantastic to have someone of the calibre of David joining us and bringing not only expertise in the full range of legal services needed by individuals and their families but a demonstrable talent for developing new business, while at the same time being a thoroughly likeable and talented individual."

Managing Partner Murray McCall added: "We have been saying for some time now that carefully planned and structured growth comes through our key lateral hires, boutique acquisitions and ‘best friends’ arrangements. I am genuinely delighted at the arrival of someone of David Campbell's stature and it is a real boost for our colleagues in the private client team."
