CMS makes Edinburgh M&A partner hire

International law firm CMS has appointed Laura McIntosh as a partner in its Edinburgh office.

Ms McIntosh, a solicitor at Dickson Minto for the past 12 years, specialises in mergers and acquisitions, and private equity deals. She has acted on a large number of high value and complex transactions in the Scottish, wider UK and international markets across a range of sectors including insurance and financial services, technology, hotels and leisure, and food and drink.
