Commercial property partner hire for Balfour+Manson

Legal firm Balfour+Manson has announced the appointment of Hugh Angus as a partner in its commercial and charities team.

Mr Angus, who moves from Morton Fraser, has a wide mix of commercial property experience, including acting for major occupiers and landlords, small business and individuals, in the commercial, public and third sectors.

John Hodge, head of commercial and charities commented: “I am delighted that Hugh is joining the commercial team at Balfour+Manson, as he brings a tremendous amount of expertise and knowledge our clients and the team will benefit hugely from his experience."

Chairman Elaine Motion added: “Hugh’s appointment strengthens the breadth of commercial services we can provide to our clients. He is highly respected in his field and he will undoubtedly contribute to the firm’s continued success.”

Balfour+Manson now has 19 partners and 125 staff, in offices in Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
