Gillespie Macandrew appoints head of family law

Gillespie Macandrew has appointed accredited specialist Jennifer Maciver as a legal director and the firm's head of family law.

Previously an associate at family law specialists Sheehan Kelsey Oswald, Ms Maciver brings more than 10 years’ experience along with qualifictions as a Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland arbitrator and trained collaborative lawyer. She is also a lead tutor in family law at Edinburgh University.

She will add to Gillespie Macandrew's expertise in complex cases, such as those where one or both parties have an interest in a partnership, company or inherited assets, as well as those with a cross-border or international dimension and those where urgent orders are required.
