Kennedys Scotland moves to new office in Edinburgh

15th June 2016 | practice management

Kennedys has continued its growth in Scotland with its relocation to a new, larger office in Edinburgh. The firm opened offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow in January 2015, giving it a presence in all jurisdictions in the UK and Ireland. The new office, located in Edinburgh’s iconic Edinburgh Quay development, provides space to meet the firm’s ambitious plans for continued growth.

Kennedys’ senior partner Nick Thomas said: “We made no secret of our desire to be in Scotland and we are delighted with the success of our first 18 months. The move to this new office is a real statement of the confidence we have for the further growth of the firm in Scotland.

“Our clients have commented favourably on the service we can now offer them throughout the UK. We hope, through a combination of organic growth and lateral hires, to double our headcount over the next year and the new office provides us with the space to achieve that.”

Kennedys Scotland, led by partners Rory Jackson and Frank Gill, specialises in insurance and commercial litigation; providing contentious legal services across a wide range of industries including insurance, aviation, construction and engineering, healthcare, public sector, retail, transport, logistics and travel.
