London compliance partner hire for Shepherd & Wedderburn

Legal firm Shepherd & Wedderburn has appointed Judy Krieg, a compliance, governance and financial regulation lawyer, as a partner in its commercial disputes and regulation group, working from its London office.

Dual US and UK qualified, Ms Krieg has advised on compliance and financial regulation matters covering a wide range of industries globally. She has experience includes time as chief compliance officer at Rolls-Royce plc and Willis Group Holdings, in-house counsel at NASDAQ-listed Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc, European compliance responsibility at Microsoft, and external counsel at AMLAW25 law firms. She has also worked as a lead case investigator at the UK Financial Services Authority. She is a frequent speaker at international conferences on anti-bribery and corruption, money laundering, financial crime, and compliance systems and controls.
