Millar & Bryce lands two more from Registers

4th June 2018 | careers

Specialist legal search company Millar & Bryce has made another two latest senior technical appointments from Registers of Scotland staff.

Project manager Eric Willis and technical adviser Carole Russell bring a combined 69 years’ worth of experience.

Mr Willis has held a number of senior roles at Registers, recently in implementing its digital transformation agenda. In his new post he will work with Millar & Bryce’s new systems platform, taking it forward to its implementation and rollout phase.

Ms Russell has long experience in plans and associated mapping related services. She previously chaired the joint RICS, RoS, Law Society of Scotland and Ordnance Survey mapping forum to draft guidelines for implementation of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 2012. She will provide support in terms of training, technical advice and guidance both internally and with clients as needed.

Earlier this year John King joined Millar & Bryce as a principal consultant from a senior policy role at Registers.

Richard Hepburn, managing director at Millar & Bryce, commented: "The technical expertise these appointments bring complements the deep experience already within our business and means we have unparalleled capability in supporting our clients with their challenges under both the 1979 and 2012 Acts."
